Grilled chicken thigh with Honimore ripe honey

Ingredients:
- A chicken thigh (120-150gram)
- 1 coffee-spoon of Honimore ripe honey
- ½ coffee-spoon of yellow mustard powder
- 1 coffee-spoon with lemonade
- Soy sauce, green pepper, green lollo, graden lettuce
- Tomato, watercress, coriander, chili sauce, onion, celery
- đùi gà nướng mật ong chín honimore
Preparation:
- Heat the chicken in water in 15 minutes, combining with salt, pepper, onion and celery.
- After 15 minutes, take the chicken leg out and sink it in the cool water so its skin and meat isn’t torn apart. Then, pin toothpicks on the
- chicken leg and brush it with honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemonade and grinded green pepper. Leave it there for 1 hour. After that,
- roast the chicken leg; brush it with oil so it won’t be dry.
- Keep roasting it until the chicken leg turns yellow.
- Note: While roasting, be careful not to let the grease fall into charcoal or it will produce toxic smoke.
- Put watercress into the plate and the chicken leg on top; decorate the dish with tomato, coriander.
